What items are returnable?
We have a 28-day return policy on full price items, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a refund. In the case of sale items, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging. Due to reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept the return of skincare, fragrance, earrings or underwear.
For customers outside of the UK, we recommend sending your return items using a trackable, reliable courier as we cannot refund or exchange goods that are lost in transit.

How do I return?
1. Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click start
2. Follow the instruction and select the items you wish to return
3. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidlines once your returns request has been reviewed and approved.
Are there any charges for return?
For UK customers the charge for return shipping is £5. Creating a returns label is free, we simply deduct £5 from your refund
For Europe/Rest of world, you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
Original Shipping charges are non-refundable
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
